These terms apply to everyone who uses Gem Star: our team and the trade partners we invite. By signing in you agree to them. Gem Star runs on UnitBay.
Access
- Gem Star is by invitation only. Your access is personal: don't share your sign-in.
- A client owner may invite people to their own account and is responsible for them. We may change roles, pause or remove access at any time, for example if these terms are broken.
Prices
- Prices in Gem Star are for reference. They can change at any time and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A price is only agreed when we confirm a deal with you directly.
- "Ask" means there is no set price: contact us.
- Deduction notes (ⓘ) and notices on a list are part of the prices shown.
Your own price list
Clients can set their own rules and prices and download their own list as Excel or PDF to share with their own customers. You are responsible for the prices you set and send.
What you may not do
- Copy, resell or publish our price list outside your own business, other than your own list as above.
- Try to access data you haven't been given, or other accounts.
- Scrape, overload or interfere with the service.
Availability
We work to keep Gem Star available and accurate, but provide it as is, without guarantees. We are not liable for losses from relying on prices shown, from delays, or from the service being unavailable, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms. We will update the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
